Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 188j website at 188j.lat, including all subpages, gaming interfaces, account management portals, and associated digital services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the 188j Platform.
• "Wallet" means the Philippine Peso (PHP) balance held within a User's 188j Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by 188j subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on any game or event available through the 188j Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing 188j's operations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required under Philippine gaming regulations.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 188j Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, as mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 188j reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys card, driver's license, passport, PRC ID, Voter's ID). Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

2.2 One Account per Person

Each natural person is permitted to maintain only one (1) 188j Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, mobile numbers, GCash accounts, email addresses, or device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

188j operates primarily for players located in the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the 188j Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. Users accessing 188j from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

2.4 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 188j login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 188j will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account — including all Wagers placed and withdrawals initiated — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your 188j Account, you must notify 188j support immediately at [email protected]. 188j recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts and will not be held liable for losses arising from failure to do so.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits to your 188j Wallet are credited promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. 188j does not charge deposit fees, although your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your 188j Account.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. 188j processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. 188j reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

188j complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Unusually large transactions, rapid deposit-withdrawal patterns with minimal gambling activity, and other suspicious financial behaviors may trigger mandatory reporting to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and account suspension pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotions offered by 188j are subject to separate terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are credited to the player's Bonus Wallet and must be wagered the required number of times before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise by 188j.
• 188j reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

• Colluding with other players or casino employees to gain unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime using the 188j Platform;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an advantage;
• Accessing the 188j Platform via a VPN, proxy, or anonymizing service to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using payment methods belonging to third parties not legally authorized to operate on your behalf.

Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of 188j's intellectual property without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 188j and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality;
• Interruptions in Platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, promotions, or game strategies published on the Platform;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 188j Platform.

188j's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension and Termination

188j reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested;
• Suspected fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering activity;
• Voluntary self-exclusion or responsible gaming request from the Account holder;
• Instruction from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine regulatory authority.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than breach, any withdrawable balance remaining in the Account (i.e., excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account holder via their most recently used verified payment method.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the 188j Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Users agree to submit disputes to 188j's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may escalate to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as the primary regulatory arbitrator.
